Since our inception in 2015, we have achieved success in FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, GB3, Formula 4 (British and UAE) and were selected by motorsport’s international governing body to operate the cars in the F4 category of the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Wrapper / Sticker Maker to join the Hitech team, working between Silverstone and Brackley. The successful candidate will apply high-quality vinyl wraps and create custom stickers for racing vehicles, team transporters, and promotional materials, ensuring our vehicles and brand stand out on and off the track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Wrapping: Apply vinyl wraps to racing vehicles, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes. Prepare surfaces by cleaning and ensuring they are contaminant-free. Measure and cut vinyl to fit accurately.
- Sticker Making: Design, produce, and apply custom stickers and decals for various applications. Use software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW) for design creation and editing, as well as operation of vinyl plotters to create cut vinyl graphics. Collaborate with sponsors and management for accurate branding.
- Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wraps and stickers. Remove old vinyl and stickers and prepare surfaces for new applications.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding. Communicate with team members and sponsors to understand design requirements.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure high standards. Make adjustments and corrections as necessary.
- Equipment and Material Management: Maintain inventory of materials, tools, and equipment. Ensure workspace is organised and clean, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a vehicle wrapper or sticker maker, preferably within the motorsport or automotive industry.
- Proficiency with vinyl wrapping and sticker making tools and equipment.
- Strong graphic design skills and experience with design software.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid UK driving licence is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, crouch, and work in various positions for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting and carrying vinyl rolls, stickers, and wrapping equipment.
