The global racing enterprise boasts over 250 race wins, four INDYCAR Series championships, five INDY NXT titles, one Indy Pro 2000 and one USF2000 championship, and has captured victory five times at the famed Indianapolis 500-Mile Race. The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team. 

Job description:

As a Project Support Officer you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution and completion of parts and assemblies to the required delivery dates to ensure on-time delivery of projects. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Support the processing of design releases into manufacturing to ensure that build and development targets are achieved.
  • Support the maintenance of stock as necessary, scheduling re-orders of existing parts and coordinating the manufacturing schedules to ensure all targets are met.
  • Assist in the on-time delivery of all parts within the designated engineering sections.
  • Assist in handling engineering changes through operations and managing the Bill of Materials for the responsible engineering section.
  • Support pro-active communication with all relevant stakeholders to report project progress and achieve delivery of all components and projects.
  • Contribute to the reporting of any deviations from the project plan to stakeholders in a timely manner to mitigate risk and manage expectations.
  • Develop a working knowledge of the company’s ERP system and contribute to its ongoing development.
