Job objective:
- Monitoring of financial amounts
- Timely payments
- Communication and invoicing in collaboration with customers and service providers
Tasks:
- Monitoring, checking and processing of incoming and outgoing invoices
- Execution, documentation and archiving of payments
- Offer creation and preparation in collaboration with customers and service providers
- Company-relevant correspondence related to finance and controlling
- Processing of other financial tasks in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- You have a completed vocational training or a degree in finance
- You were able to gain initial professional experience in the areas of finance and controlling
- Analytical thinking skills, a structured way of working and a high affinity for numbers are a given for you
- You have in-depth knowledge of German accounting standards (HGB)
- You have fluent written and spoken skills in German and English

- Fristgerechte Zahlungen
- Kommunikation und Rechnungsstellung in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
Aufgaben:
- Überwachung, Prüfung und Bearbeitung des Rechnungsein- und Ausganges
- Ausführung, Dokumentation und Archivierung von Zahlungen
- Angebotserstellung und -aufarbeitung in Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
- Unternehmensrelevanter Schriftverkehr mit Bezug zu Finance und Controlling
- Bearbeitung sonstiger finanzieller Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft
Anforderungen:
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Finanzwesen
- Sie konnten erste Berufserfahrungen im Bereich Finance und Controlling sammeln
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Zahlenaffinität sind für Sie selbstverständlich
- Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB)
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
