As a People & Culture Intern, you will develop your skills in our generalist, learning and development, and talent acquisition environments.
What You'll Do
As a People & Culture Intern, you will be gaining valuable experience within our People & Culture team on a one-year programme. This will include working in these key areas:
- People Generalist Work: Gain exposure to the full spectrum of People related activities, including employee relations, performance management, and People policy development.
- Learning & Development: Assist in the design and delivery of training programs, helping employees grow and develop their skills.
- Talent Acquisition: Get involved in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting initial screenings.
- Talent Marketing: Get involved in how we best communicate within the external market to attract the very best talent.
- Onboarding: Help welcome and integrate new employees into McLaren, ensuring a smooth transition.
- HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems): Work with our HRIS tools to manage employee data and analyse People metrics.
- Benefit and Compensation: Assist in administering employee benefit programs and compensation processes.
