Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate and proficient Payroll Advisor to join our newly remodelled Reward Team. This role will be influential in ensuring our Payroll offering works accurately and efficiently for the team based at the Red Bull Technology Campus.
This Payroll Advisor role will work closely with our Payroll Business Partner, supporting the preparation and processing of accurate monthly payrolls within outlined deadlines. You will liaise with internal team members to ensure all relevant payroll information is accurately captured, uploaded and utilised.
To be successful in this Payroll Advisor role, you will need:
- Experience in working in an in-house similar Payroll Advisor type role
- Responsible for capturing, inputting and processing of payroll data
- Experience ensuring monthly payrolls are accurate and on-time
- An up to date and good practical working knowledge of Payroll legislation, changes and enhancements
- An excellent eye for detail and the ability to spot and correct errors swiftly
- The ability to work with different individuals within the organisation, supporting with queries from employees.
- Familiarity of using Oracle Payroll Software and strong MS Excel package use is desirable
