Searching for an effective Lead Strategist to work within our GT3 program (multiple cars)
Expectations
- Lead Race Strategist working between Trackside and Engineering team
- Responsible for Pre-, Post- and In-Event Reporting
- Live decision making, including but not limited to box calls and qualifying timing
- Work with Race and Performance Engineers to develop run plans and implement their feedback
Your profile
- Proven track record within IMSA as a Race Strategist comfortable with live decision making
- Confident in reporting, presentation, and communication
- Independent and precise way of working under pressure
- A committed, flexible, and innovative team player
- Full professional proficiency in English
