What to Expect

Working within the Guest Relations team in the Technology Centre, supporting

What You'll Do

  • Key responsibility will be to organise individual visitor schedules for prospects and customers including tour host bookings, transfer requirements and on-site hospitality where applicable as well as ad hoc photographer and gift requests.
  • Collating and circulating visitor agendas to relevant business areas in advance of all visits taking place
  • Welcoming prospects, depositors or customers to the facility on an ad-hoc basis as and when required.
  • Assist in re-launching the MTC Customer Visit Programme.
  • Provide support to the Central Events team when necessary, with guest/media management or on-event support.
  • Support the Central Events team with any post event communications as required.
  • Assist the team in monitoring and responding to inbound communications via email and telephone including fan and general enquiries.
  • Assist the team with monthly reporting requirements.
  • Maintaining client and company confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
  • Work hours, as required, to ensure task completion.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree-educated is preferable.
  • A clear understanding of, and passion for the McLaren brand is a key requirement.
  • A passion and a pride to hold a conversation about McLaren cars, Formula One and McLaren Heritage is essential as well as general automotive and technical information.
  • Previous customer facing experience is key, as is knowledge of customer database management systems.
