Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced and engaging Benefits Advisor to join our newly remodelled Reward Team. This role will be instrumental in allowing us to improve our Benefits offering for the individuals based at the Red Bull Technology Campus.
This role will work closely with our Benefits Business Partner providing accurate administration of our benefits programme, including responsibility for the precise collation and submission of regular benefits data and records. You will act as a contact point for the business to reach out to with queries or approvals of their benefits. In this position you will also support the communication of new and updated Benefits and ensuring Benefits systems are up-to-date and help identify and create process improvements.
To be successful in this Benefits Advisor role, you will need:
- Experience in working in a similar Benefits Advisor type role
- Experience ensuring Benefits for the business are compliant and accurate
- An up to date and good practical working knowledge of Benefits legislation, changes and enhancements
- An excellent eye for detail and the ability to spot and correct errors
- The ability to work with different individuals both inside and outside of the organisation
- Strong MS Excel Package understanding
