Role Overview

Fisker Inc. is looking for a passionate Specialist, Vehicle Administration & Home Delivery France to join our growing team based in Paris, France. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating vehicle flows from national logistics compounds to customers and ensure that customers will experience a seamless registration and titling experience across France.

Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle flows from central and local hubs to the home of Fisker customers in French destinations

  • Recommend improvements to existing or planned home delivery processes

  • Safeguard a seamless customer experience (incl. knowledge on current rules & regulations) for registration, taxation, subsidy claims, and insurance across France

  • Work closely together with our Sales, Aftersales and Logistics Departments as well as our Logistics Service Providers in France

  • Coordinate with the Sales, Delivery & Order Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure all required documents relating to the vehicle purchase or lease are complete and accurate

  • Interact with customers, regulatory agencies & third parties to prioritize and resolve titling & registration challenges

  • Administer the daily operations & process registrations related to sales, as well as for the internal fleet of vehicles for Fisker in France

  • Perform administrative duties, such as data entry, word processing, filing, copying, and other duties associated with this position

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship with a focus on the Automotive Sector or Logistics

  • Prior work experience (1-4 years) in a vehicle logistics, transportation, or dealership function within the automotive industry

  • Experience of vehicle title and registration processes in France, French language skills

  • Knowledge of principles for moving vehicles by rail and road along with White Glove Services (experience in delivering new or used vehicles to end customers)

  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills in English, other European languages are a plus

  • IT systems experience and knowledge on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as well as customer data systems

  • Knowledge of insurance or technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including legal requirements is a plus

  • Advanced Excel skills along with good utilization of MS Office

  • Well organized, strong attention to detail, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a proactive mindset
