Role Overview:

  • Salesforce Product and Platform team is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with a proven experience in administration and operations in large and dynamic multi-cloud Salesforce enterprise IT environment.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Salesforce to troubleshoot support issues, provide support for integration and development testing and a natural attitude towards operations and support.

  • This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to contribute to the success and growth of our Salesforce environment, leveraging their expertise in administration and development and collaboration in a team comprised of technical architects, Solution architects, Functional leads, and Senior developers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • User support: Provide user support including fixing user issues related to access, reports, dashboards, assignments, and mobile applications.

  • Update/Manage configuration for production support: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards. Manage users, roles, permission sets. Troubleshoot flows and triggers.  Create validation rules, flows and rules as needed.

  • Manage Data: Manage mass data updates and imports using Data Loader or Workbench and other data loading tools, data backups and restores.

  • System maintenance and Operations: Support ongoing system maintenance including health checks, system optimization and troubleshoot integration issues with other systems.

  • Development and testing support: Work with the development team to support go-live and post go-live support. Comprehend development activities, coordinate, and support user testing for troubleshooting post go-live issues.

  • Initiative: Demonstrate a proactive approach in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams, ensuring clear understanding and execution of tasks.

  • Ownership: Exhibit a strong sense of ownership in managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform's functionality and performance.

Qualifications:

Experience: A minimum of 12 years of dedicated Salesforce administration and operations experience, showcasing a deep understanding of Salesforce tools, support processes, and best practices.

Certifications: Advanced Administrator and Platform Builder certifications are required.

Development Skills: Development experience is highly valued and considered a plus for this role.

Organizational Scale: Proven experience in handling Salesforce organizations with 1000+ users, managing multiple Salesforce solutions/clouds, and orchestrating integrations with various systems, including ERP and front-end systems.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce standard admin tools and processes including Data loader and workbench. Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence. Previous experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing solutions.

Expected Salary Range: $150,000.00 -$185,000.00 a year.

 

Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

 

Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

 

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
