By maintaining a strong financial foundation, we enable the team to focus on what matters most—achieving success on the track Role Overview: As a Finance Graduate at Williams Racing, you will be a vital member of our Finance team, where you'll play a crucial role in managing financial analysis and reporting to support our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, preparing reports, and assisting with budget planning, all of which are essential to driving our success both on and off the track. Your Responsibilities: As a Finance Graduate at Williams, you will: • Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation. Analyse financial statements, interpret key ratios, and use these insights to guide decision-making. • Learn and apply risk management strategies, including those for credit, market, and operational risks. Conduct stress testing, scenario analysis, and implement risk mitigation measures. • Utilise Excel for detailed financial analysis, data manipulation, and reporting. Gain skills in programming languages such as Python or R to enhance data analysis and automate processes. • Acquire knowledge in capital structure, cost of capital, and capital budgeting to support financial decision-making. • Understand ethical considerations in finance and become familiar with regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements to ensure adherence to industry standards. Preferred Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have: • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Familiarity with financial software and tools, and experience with advanced Excel functions. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus. • Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting. • A genuine passion for motorsport and a drive to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team setting.
