Composite Parts Co-ordinator

Alpine F1 Team have an opportunity to join the team as a Parts Coordinator at our site in Enstone.

The Role:

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting appropriate bill of materials (BOM) according to parts referenced on works orders and drawings.
  • Supplying kits in good time in respect to event calendars and department requirements using company systems including, though not limited to, “Work To Lists” and D365.
  • Maintain accurate records, cleanliness, and inventory of Composites storage areas.
  • Ensure BoMs are correct, in accordance with route operations and technical specifications.
  • Parts chasing of BoM items required for scheduled work to ensure production flow.
  • Composite Stores stock checks.

The Person:

  • Engineering background – able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
  • Forklift licence (preferred, but training will be given)
  • PC literate with good working knowledge of the MS office products, particular attention to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and company systems.
  • Ability to create a positive profile for yourself and the department.
  • Flexible approach to working, in order to achieve self and team targets, within a fast-paced environment, with ability to remain focused and objective under pressure, working to deadlines and with minimum supervision.
  • Effective oral and written communicator to ensure appropriate information is recorded and passed to relevant parties.
  • Well organised with attention to detail.
  • Team player with a ‘can do’ approach.
  • Interest in progression and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping and H&S polices are always adhered to.
