The Job
The Help Desk Analyst performs a variety of technical support services related to day to day IT operational request. Manage, process, and resolve all end user support request for the San Dimas location. Execute hands on desktop technical support and networking support. Provide hardware and software support for PC’s, OSx, Printers, Unifi equipment.

LOCATION: Based in San Dimas, CA – In-Person Attendance Required; Not Remote, Not Hybrid
HOURS: Approximately 24 hours per week
FLSA/SALARY: Non-Exempt / $20-$23 per hour
REPORTS TO: IT Infrastructure Manager

Primary Responsibilities

  • Monitoring help desk ticket system
  • Configurations and troubleshooting of PCs, Cell Phones, OSx, and network printers
  • Experience with Office365 applications, Azure, Windows Servers and Domain Controllers
  • Basic understanding of Audio/Visual equipment
  • Basic understanding of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), VLANs, network layers and protocols
  • Basic understanding of VOIP phone systems. Dialpad familiarity a plus.
  • Unifi wireless equipment a plus
  • May be asked to assist staff and troubleshoot IT issues at the Pomona Track, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of IT support experience
  • 1+ years of Networking experience
  • IT Certifications

Requirements

  • Able to work at a computer most of the day
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
