About your role:
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle tyre fitting, maintenance and repair ( minimum of 3 years ), as well as an exceptional eye for detail. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside fellow motorcycle enthusiasts while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Required skills:
- Be able to fit tyres to a range of road and off road bikes
- Carry out servicing and repairs on a variety of motorcycle makes and models.
- Communicate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Uphold the company's commitment to excellence in customer service and satisfaction.
- Complete job cards accurately
- Take pride in your work
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a motorbike tyre fitter / mechanic within a garage environment
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for motorcycles and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
This role is a Full Time Permanent position with a 5 day working week including Saturday, rota day off during the week – no Sundays or bank holidays
