For Global-Tickets we are looking for an Associate Manager Motorsports (m/f/d) for 32-40 hours per week.

About your position

You are a dynamic professional with a proven track record in sales and are eager to oversee day-to-day activities of a team? As our Associate Manager Motorsports, you will not only closely cooperate with our Head of Motorsports in developing and executing digital sales strategies. You also ensure an efficient work environment for our team, deal with stock-and-yield-management and support our partnership management.

Your areas of responsibility

  • Keep an eye on the profitability of the motorsport ticketing business unit and actively shape our processes with new approaches
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of essential e-commerce metrics and our online appearance
  • Consistently assess and refine operational strategies to maximize the ROI of our ticketing sector
  • Support our forecasting and monitor inventory while providing essential data to our Head of Motorsports
  • Take part in our partner & contract management efforts by supporting and creating initiatives
  • Ensure our teams reach their objectives through empowerment and motivation
  • Lead or participate in internal and external projects to improve Global-Tickets Online Presence

 

Your profile

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Sales and/or E-Commerce
  • As a lead you have at least 2-4 years of experience in a comparable field as well as first experiences in leadership
  • Especially when it comes to e-commerce sales you demonstrate your eye for crucial details and innovative strategies
  • With purchasing and contract negotiations you feel comfortable
  • Excellent Excel skills bring your analysis and numbers affinity to life
  • As an organisational talent you are able to set priorities independently
  • With strong communication, and planning skills you keep the bird-eye view 
  • You strive for win-win situations with you team members and empower others
  • You have a personal interest in Motorsports and Leadership
  • English fluency is key while an additional language is a plus (German, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch)
