IT Service Delivery Analyst

F1 is looking for a IT Service Delivery Analyst to provide support to the company during the designing and implementation of new and changed systems or IT Infrastructure. To act as liaison between IT and business on supported services and systems. To help maintain a positive relationship between executive team and IT technical teams, to continue to meet F1 objectives.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business to ensure IT have the best understanding of requirements and manage expectations of services provided.
  • To ascertain business needs, and desires, and provide suggestions for how IT can address these.  
  • Support VIP and Executives in the company to ensure appropriate level of service is provided both in the office and at Grand Prix events.
  • To be the first point of contact at Grand Prix events, for executive management team and ensure any concerns or issues are raised to the appropriate IT technical team.
  • Liaise between teams within IT to ensure that there is a smooth handover of changes to the live operations environment.
  • To maintain good communications out to the business, ensuring additional comms as required for executive and VIP teams.
  • Support and management of operational ECM structure at European events, and maintain race support at a high level of customer service.
  • To facilitate Supports acceptance of new and changed systems, and review provided handover documentation to support first line response capabilities.
  • Manage and maintain end user training for IT services, including meeting rooms, Microsoft services and other widely used technologies.
  • To be involved with IT projects and implementation, assisting technical teams to move projects through the service lifecycle.
  • To support staff at all sites outside of race events.
  • To monitor, maintain and own meeting room facilities, and technical hardware. Managing relationships between 3rd party suppliers, and internal facilities teams.
  • To be aware of cyber security, making a conscious effort to work in a safe, controlled environment at all times.
  • To keep up-to-date with developments in the IT industry and consider how these may be implemented into IT Infrastructure, or affect existing systems
  • To follow the change management process at all times, ensuring all jobs logged and passed through the correct approval routes
  • To produce and maintain documentation required for IT Infrastructure management
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and GDPR regulations within IT Infrastructure
  • To provide a good quality of customer service at all times, making sure that the customer is satisfied before closing jobs or escalating issues.

About You

  • Qualification in an IT or Electronic related subject, and / or relevant training and experience
  • At least 5 years IT experience
  • Experience in a related service delivery role
  • Operational Knowledge of a wide range of IT and communication equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services including basic security policies.
  • A good, flexible and adaptable attitude.
  • Excellent Verbal & written communications skills.
  • Self-motivated & organized
