THE ROLE
We are looking to appoint Senior Technician with expertise’s and backgrounds in the Motorsport Industry to strengthen our busy Workshop and Event Teams. Responsible for the preparation of high-performance competition vehicles, the Senior Technician must deliver a consistently high level of performance whilst supporting a variety of motorsport programmes. These include; WRC, Rally Raid, Test Teams, and Customer Team.
The role responsibilities include:

Build, setup and commissioning of competition cars.

Ensuring a consistently high level of quality build.

Assisting with fault diagnosis.

Working closely with Engineers and #1 & #2 Technicians with development work.

Encouraging and mentoring Junior Technicians at the beginning of their career.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for self-motivated team players with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of motor vehicles and their systems.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have good communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to all team members.
The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.
Yous should have at least 3 years of Motorsport experience as a Race/Rally Technician in a similar highly competitive series.
You should share our determination to deliver a winning performance.
