Job Description
Red Bull Powertrains have an exciting opportunity to be a part of our expanding Power Unit engineering team.
Our dynamic environment ensures that everyone can make a valuable contribution and we are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Production Controller to join our Production Control team, working with our colleagues in Manufacturing to help deliver World Championship winning cars, year on year.
The role will be responsible for coordinating the manufacturing production controllers to provide clear and achievable production/build plans for each required area, and driving standard ways of operating and measuring success across the different manufacturing cells. Manufacturing Production Controllers work closely with the cells to understand and control department workload/capacity in line with agreed part quantities, plan and issue jobs with correct material requirements and up-to-date routings and ensure that delivery requirements are clearly communicated across the organisation. The role will ensure the Production Control function provides the highest standard of consistent support, aligned with the Red Bull Technology counterpart, adopting similar standard operating procedures and KPIs.
Reporting to the Head of Production Control, the successful applicant will have prior experience of working in a high precision manufacturing environment, be proficient in ERP systems and used to working to challenging deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving business. Excellent communications skills are a must for this role.
