An opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Technician to join the Jaguar TCS Racing department in a rapidly expanding and exciting work environment. The purpose of the role is to produce high quality electrical and electronic components, looms and assemblies.
Job role:
• Building electrical wiring harnesses
• Management of sensor terminations
• Assembly of electrical parts
• Fault finding and diagnostics
• Assisting prototype new designs
• Calibration, testing and quality assurance
• Assist in the preparation of pre-Event test requirements
• Supporting race, test or PR events as required
You’ll have:
• Some experience producing wiring assemblies for advanced engineering projects e.g. Motorsport and Aerospace
• Understands and is knowledgeable of mechanical and electrical technical drawings and the appropriate procedures to be able to work unsupervised where required and take responsibility for a task once set
• Is familiar with System 25, Autosport connectors, fine gauge wiring
• Can work under pressure meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
