About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Manager to lead our dispatch department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all warehouse procedures, including Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), adhere to best practices. This role requires a hands-on leader who can train and motivate staff, ensuring efficient and timely packing and dispatch of all packages in accordance with customer requirements.
· Provide day-to-day leadership for the warehouse and dispatch department.
· Communicate with customers to provide updates regarding estimated delivery times
· Ensure all warehouse procedures comply with best practices and WHS standards.
· Train and develop warehouse staff to maintain high levels of efficiency and performance.
· Oversee the packing and dispatch of packages to meet contracted delivery times.
· Manage all inward and outward goods, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
· Communicate effectively with our other sites in North America and Australia.
· Utilize strong export experience to handle international shipping requirements.
· Foster a positive and productive work environment.

· Strong knowledge of WHS and best practices in warehouse operations.
· Strong global logistics experience.
