Summary of key skills:
- Essential to have knowledge or understanding of car parts
- Essential to have a Drivers License
- Essential to have experience using Computers including Word, Excel, Google Mail
- Essential to have good organisational skills and IT literacy, able to manage a busy workload
- Not Essential to have experience using an Accounting Software, but preferred
- Not Essential but experience with a Stock System e.g. Vend, preferred
- Not Essential but experience of face-to-face customer service preferred
- Not Essential but experience of sales preferred
Summary of key responsibilities:
- Managing relations with Clients, Suppliers and Sponsors for the MINI CHALLENGE Race Series
- Monitoring stock, replenishing and ordering stock, identifying, supplying and locating Parts
- Taking Parts orders from Customers – Invoicing and supplying the parts
- Administration tasks including; Stock Inventory, Booking Deliveries, Taking Payments and updating Price Lists
- Prepare for Events including ensuring Stock is up to date and loading vehicle/s
- Sales - inc. handling enquiries both via phone and in person in relation to sales of MINI CHALLENGE related products and services
- Attending Race Meetings in the UK to assist with Parts Sales – up to c14 weekends a year
- Other tasks as directed by the Management and/or Partners
Salary dependant on experience.
Hours of Work:
Monday–Friday 8.30am-5.30pm
Attendance required for all Championship Race Weekends circa. 14 a year and any special events relating to the championship.
