Global Digital Systems Specialist

What to Expect

As the Digital Systems Specialist within the McLaren Global Marketing Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our activities across all our CX Digital Systems, the integrations and owning the source of truth on our customers. As part of this role, you will be supporting robust booking and data capture activity from our marketing activities (website/events) with the objective to capture data appropriately - enhance customer experiences through technology and bring personalised experience to our end users.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the Digital Systems Manager with the maintenance of the CRM communications calendar to support communicating effectively to our customers and prospects.
  • Support the Digital System lead with good data management principles, training colleagues and ensuring we are operating under GDPR compliance.
  • Support customer enquiries and ensure these are passed through to our correct retailer networks. Support our retailers with the management of data.
  • Maintain a global source of truth on every customer with 6 monthly data cleanse.
  • Manage the e-mail campaigns sending out via our Marketo tool and building personalisation to provide bespoke e-marketing.
  • Brief changes to the CRM system into the Operations team
  • Organise the administration of the digital set up of events and experiences for our customers to book efficiently and easily.
  • Support the MTC tours digital requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting to the wider marketing and commercial team, including the setup of dashboards.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in CRM and marketing automation, with hands-on CRM platform expertise – Dynamics, Marketo would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly organised methodical thinker
  • Strong data, insights-and reporting experience
  • Experience working within a global team would be advantageous.
  • Ideally a CRM background
