Customer Services Representative Motorized Sports

For our Haarlem based headquarters in The Netherlands, we are looking for a:

CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE MOTORIZED SPORTS

The role:
Our EMEA Motorized Sports Team is looking for an additional Customer Services Representative who understands that the service level should be exceeding customer' expectations.
In this role you work as part of a team of 6 CSR's and Regional Sales Managers, and in close cooperation with other business functions such as Business Support, Operations/Logistics and Management.

Your responsibilities:

  • Delivering on time quotations, primarily in support of Sales Managers regions, but also for your own managed territories;
  • Processing orders;
  • Following up orders with logistics and shipping;
  • Answering sales related questions regarding the usage of our motorized sports products and services by phone / email;
  • Processing price changes in our CRM systems;
  • Working closely with customers and prospects in Middle East & Africa (MEA), and perform pipeline management, forecasting and budget setting for this territory.

Your profile:

  • Higher vocational thinking and working level;
  • >2 years of experience in Customer Services or Account Management in an international company;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional other language/Arabic is a plus). Dutch is not mandatory;
  • A passion for motorsports as well as affinity with technology is an important asset;
  • Self-starting and hands-on mentality;
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus;
  • Your have a drivers license; 
  • You live in a radius of 30 kilometers from Haarlem.
