General Role Overview: 

Fisker is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Talent Sourcing Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. The focus of this role is to source from the entry to executive levels for all SGA, Engineering, and IT departments of the company. From the candidate's perspective, this includes leading the efforts of market mapping, initial engagement, and partnering with your recruiters and hiring leaders. You will be responsible in researching and addressing the available total market to identify individuals that we can consider for executive roles for teams within Fisker.  

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead the sourcing process for high-priority roles and engage with passive candidates. 

  • Manage all phases of research projects including developing the project plan, building talent pipelines, mapping applicants within ATS to cross-functional roles, and providing research expertise and research/sourcing insights.  

  • Conduct research best practices by identifying and designing new search methodologies and tools; gather and present competitive intelligence and market condition data.  

  • Evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical competency and behavioral/culture fit. 

  • Partner with Talent partners and hiring managers from requisition kick-off meetings to engagement to hire with your recruiting partner. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.  

  • High volume hiring experience.  

  • Experience with MS Office 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Competencies: 

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in sourcing for roles in a high-volume competitive industry (Preferably OEM/EV/Start-up).  

  • Experience using talent market insights and data to influence decisions. 

  • Sourced high-volume passive talent within G&A, After Sales, Marketing, Logistics, UI/UX, IT, Engineering, Design, and Field Ops.  

  • Experience developing candidate generation and research techniques. 

  • Well-versed understanding and skills in identifying and engaging with candidates at all levels.  

  • Experience building working relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners. 

  • Experience advising senior management on talent trends and influence direction based on your research. 

  • Experience screening resumes to match qualifications and map to open roles within the departments.  

  • Experience as a Sourcing partnering with Recruiters and hiring partners across different offices globally. 

  • Highly organized, agile and self-starter 

Expected Salary Range: $56,140.00 - $156,390.00

Additional compensation: Salary is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

The salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the salary range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
