Job Description
Red Bull Racing & Technology have an exciting opportunity to join our championship winning team in the role of Parts Supply HUB Coordinator. The successful applicant will be responsible for coordinating parts supply to our customers, along with the distribution of new and serviced parts to and from events.
Reporting to the Parts Supply HUB Team Leader, the role will work closely with the Parts Supply HUB Coordinators, Customer Supply Lead and the wider Production Control Group, providing the highest standard of consistent support to our customers. The role will be accountable for completing all necessary customs processes, as well as arranging bookings via our Transport department and external logistics agents.
To be considered for this role, we require the following experience:
- Proven parts control experience within a similar environment, with logistics experience being preferable
- ERP and Lifing System knowledge is essential (Epicor and TLS systems preferred, but not essential)
- A committed and flexible attitude, working to rigid and sometimes unsocial deadlines
- An excellent verbal and written communicator, being able to deliver concise and clear messaging to all levels within the team
- This role requires attendance to occasional races and events throughout the year therefore the ability and willingness to travel is essential
