What to Expect
The key purpose of the role is to provide first class administrative support to Directors in the business. The Team Assistant will demonstrate living the McLaren Automotive values and acts as a professional brand ambassador. The Team Assistant will be proactive and efficient in ensuring that their Directors are set up each day to achieve and deliver.
What You'll Do
- Diary management
- Plan and book international & domestic travel
- Preparation of complex travel agendas and visa applications
- Prepare and co-ordinate monthly expense returns for both cash and credit card expenses.
- Event coordination – Director events/offsites, Drive Events
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience of successfully assisting Directors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, being flexible in approach to meet requirements.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to build and maintain key relationships, both internally and externally
