The Role

We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Apprentice—a motivated and organised individual with a passion for supply chain management to join our team. This role will start from September 2025.

As a Supply Chain & Logistics Apprentice, you’ll gain in-depth, hands-on experience across all aspects of supply chain management in a Formula 1 setting. You will work closely with our logistics team to learn the end-to-end supply chain, from inventory management and transportation coordination to production planning and race support. You’ll also gain expertise in customs compliance and data analysis, essential for moving critical components globally and ensuring parts arrive on time for races.

This apprenticeship offers unique opportunities, including:

  • Trackside Experience: Work directly with the Race Team to ensure parts are available, supporting the on-track team in getting our car race-ready.

  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional meetings with departments such as Production, Engineering, and Design, helping you understand the full lifecycle of car components.

  • Supplier Engagement: Develop skills in supplier management, working directly with external partners to secure timely delivery of parts essential for car performance.

Throughout the programme, you’ll have continuous mentorship and support, learning how to prioritise and navigate the fast-paced demands of Formula 1 logistics. This role is instrumental in ensuring our car reaches the grid on time and with peak performance capabilities.
