Job Description
The ideal candidate will be able to provide customer support for zero mileage and warranty returns reporting, with the ability to visit customer locations. You will participate in negotiating and managing customer relationships. You will be responsible for Monitoring, reporting, and steering warranty issues internally and with customers, while Communicating quality related information to Bosch Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Teams and Customers.
Main Responsibilities
Maintain periodic contact with Customer Quality, Applications Engineering and Assembly Plants to ensure customer satisfaction
Attend customer warranty reviews at customer site
Monitor Bosch and Customer portals for new and unresolved issues and quality concerns.
Populate and Maintain data in IQIS for 0-mileage and field returns
Collect suspect parts from customer locations; perform initial analysis for root cause determination, and forward parts to the manufacturing location for complete analysis and corrective action as needed. This is in conjunction with SQW.
Work with Bosch manufacturing locations for containment and corrective actions following a quality spill
Coordinate sorting activities at Customer and Bosch facilities
Coordinate the delivery of clean stock to the customer facility
Coordinate and track issues to ensure response requirements are satisfied
Review and update 8d's from Plant or engineering for completeness to customer expectations.
Input final 8D's into the IQIS system as needed and customer portals
Share lessons learned with Bosch applications engineering based on product quality history.
Periodically visit Bosch Manufacturing locations to review processes and corrective action implementation.
Support Launch Activities as required for new product / vehicle launches
Travel of up to 15% to domestic locations, possible international travel included
