Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Quality control of the delivered composite components
- Quality assessment and inspection of the associated individual parts in accordance with drawings and quality documents
- Release of the inspected parts and preparation of inspection reports
- Maintenance of measuring and testing equipment
- Ensuring the flow of goods
- Supporting the labelling of our vehicle parts and tools in accordance with drawing specifications using a modern laser labelling system
Your profile
- Completed basic technical or mechanical training with a keen interest in logistics
- Initial experience in quality assurance and incoming goods inspection in the composites sector desirable
- Good handling of conventional measuring and testing equipment
- Good understanding of technical drawings
- Confident handling of MS Office programmes (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Structured and independent way of working
- Flexibility, ability to work under pressure and willingness to work 2 shifts
- Fluency in German or English and a willingness to learn the basics of the other language are required
