Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- As an experienced manager you are motivated to take over the leadership of the SAP Competence Center
- With your team, you will develop new and innovative solutions based on SAP and you will work out the business needs of the relevant departments
- Together with the departments, you will shape the development and take over the management of the company-wide SAP Competence Center
- You will contribute your SAP experience to your team and business environment with great commitment
- The operation and further development of the SAP system and application landscape will be one of your key responsibilities
Your profile
- Completed technical studies at university or university of applied sciences level or basic training with appropriate further training
- Experience as a SAP consultant or SAP Business Partner with knowledge of: SAP ECC and/or S/4 HANA
- Certification in project management
- Proficient with MS Office products
- As an internal service provider, you can communicate at all levels
- Independent and precise way of working
- You enjoy the daily exchange with our users
- Even under time pressure, you continue to work in a structured, organized and reliable manner
- You are no stranger to teamwork and team spirit
- Full professional proficiency in both German and English is an asset
