Job Description

Red Bull Advanced Technologies (RBAT) is a dynamic hub of innovation, consistently pushing the boundaries across land, sea, and air. Our project portfolio is unparalleled. Beyond the groundbreaking RB17 Hypercar and the Red Bull-commissioned submarine, we actively partner with the KTM Moto GP Team and collaborate with Alinghi Red Bull Racing in their America’s Cup campaign. Drawing on Formula One expertise and precision, we elevate the AC75 Racing Yacht and revolutionize Moto GP aerodynamics.  

Red Bull Advanced Technologies are constantly elevating performance to new heights, and the recently announced RB17 two-seat Hypercar is set to be the ultimate on-track driving experience pushing design and technical boundaries far beyond what has previously been imagined. 

We’re looking for a Parts & Lifing Coordinator to support the Heritage & RBAT departments in all parts & lifing aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate all parts received both physically & electronically using the business systems, TLS & Epicor ensuring accuracy of location in a timely fashion.
  • To support the build, strip & turnaround of heritage cars, parts & equipment and be active in the development of these processes & systems.
  • Assist in the creation and be responsible in maintaining the service reports for the heritage team ensuring cars and assemblies are built to the optimum level.
  • Attend events as required as parts & lifing support.
  • To assist in the Returns process, utilising existing systems and developing new processes to streamline parts flow.
  • To coordinate the parts distribution of Turnaround items, progress chasing and electronic bookings.
  • Liaise with various departments to expediate service of parts and equipment.
  • To play a key role in the parts & intra-logistics movements around campus.
  • Assist in any internal & external logistical movements as required.
  • Be a key stakeholder in sock control for the Heritage & RBAT group ensuring minimum quantities are upheld.
  • Be responsible for the safe storage of key components and assemblies, whether in storage or travel, and be involved in consistently looking to improve these requirements.

  • The role will include occasional unsociable hours.
  • The role will require occasional travel.
  • Provide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role, and any specific requirements of your line and departmental management.
  • To always work in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department / team / sponsors.
