Fibreworks Composites was founded in 2009 and is privately owned by Guenther Steiner and Joe Hofmann. In 2019 Joe and Guenther decided to launch an AS9100 / ISO certified sister company called Composite Factory. Composite Factory’s primary focus is to diversify our business into Aerospace, Aero structures, Aviation and Defense, and the Medical industries that require a higher level of traceability and certification. Job Summary:

Recruitment marketing uses marketing strategies for hiring. It promotes a company’s employer brand to attract talent. Through methods like blog posts, social media and interviews it highlights the company’s culture, increasing brand awareness and drawing in potential candidates. This position will help target passive job seekers by captivating employer branding opportunities.

Job Role:

50% Marketing and Recruitment

  • Identify branding opportunities and improvements
  • Plan a budget and strategy for Senior Management sign off
  • Implement Recruitment Strategy
  • Track metrics for further discussion and strategic updates
  • Update social media campaigns
  • Targeted advertising
  • Connect with potential candidates
  • Standardize our online presence for consistency
  • Manage recruitment vendor relationships
  • Manage our online reviews

50% Recruitment Processes

  • Communicate with ADP Workforce Now to streamline processes
  • Create and post job opportunities on recruitment platforms
  • Create formal and engaging job descriptions
  • Receive and review job applications/resumes
  • Conducts preliminary interviews with candidates for specific job requirements ensuring they meet the position standards
  • Forward candidate information to next stage interview together with highlight summaries
  • Collect and verify candidate information including background checks, reference checks
  • Provide feedback to candidates regarding the hiring process
  • Provide feedback from candidates on our hiring process and company
  • Track metrics on success of hiring campaigns

Performs other duties as required/assigned

Regular Hours of Work:

    Normal Business Hours 8:00AM – 5:00PM, Mon-Fri; Weekends, Holidays and work hours as scheduled by Management.

What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Five more years’ experience as a recruiter or related responsibilities
  • Recent graduates, Bachelor in Human Resources or Business Administration/Management or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures, best practices
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Proficiently navigate and utilize ADP Workforce Now plantform preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and people skills
  • Effective HR administration and people management skills
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity and discretion required
  • Ability to accurately follow instructions
