THE ROLE
As our business evolves, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engine Builder to join our busy Engine Shop Department. Responsible for the build and maintenance of a variety of high-performance powertrain units, you will develop skills across a wide range of competition vehicles. There is also the potential for national and international travel.
The role responsibilities include:

Preparation, build, maintenance and rebuild of current performance engines.

Pre-production of key engine components.

Record and maintain all build data and keep records up to date.

Event support may be required across various motorsport programmes in the UK and globally.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
You should be educated to technician level and have a thorough understanding of engine systems and mechanics.
You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
You should have excellent communication skills, and the role would suit an individual with a keen eye for problem solving and implementing solutions.
You should have previous experience in a similar mechanical/automotive background. Experience in motorsport is desirable but not essential.
