We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV Technician to join our team. Spanning the twin locations of our Technical Centre in Biggin Hill and our Headquarters in St James Market, London, the successful applicant will be responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of our AV systems. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in AV technology, excellent troubleshooting skills, and great communication skills.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Design, install and configure AV systems within the work environment, including IPTV endpoints, Video walls, Audio subsystems and control/orchestration software.

Liaise with IT Networks and Media Systems teams to ensure proper network configuration and connectivity for AV devices.

Identify, diagnose, and handle any technical issues that might occur, maintaining the integrity of AV services to end-users.

Coordinate with content creation and broadcast engineering teams to plan and deliver engaging multimedia content.

Manage media playlists and schedules for content delivery to the wider business.

Maintain documentation and design schematics for AV systems.

Stay up to date with the latest AV technology trends and advancements.
Qualifications:

Degree level or equivalent in AV/media technology or related fields.
Knowledge & Skills:

Proficiency in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting AV equipment.

Familiarity with configuration of video processors for video walls.

Fundamental understanding of IP Networking.
