McLaren Automotive Incorporated is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Vehicle Preparation Center (VPC) Coordinator at our Baltimore facility. This role is crucial for expediting vehicle processing, managing communications with transporters, and providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations at the VPC.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and expedite vehicle processing activities at the VPC, ensuring timely and efficient handling of vehicles arriving from the factory.
- Communicate effectively with transporters and logistics teams to schedule vehicle deliveries and manage inbound and outbound vehicle movements.
- Assist the VPC Manager in overseeing daily operations, including vehicle inspections, audits, and quality control procedures.
- Provide administrative support by maintaining accurate records, preparing reports on vehicle status and logistics activities, and managing documentation related to vehicle shipments and quality assessments.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate seamless vehicle processing and ensure compliance with McLaren's quality standards.
