What you will be doing:

You will be assessing the quality of the company’s products, ensuring they comply with the requirements set out within the ISO 9001 certification.

You will be responsible for ensuring that finished products are quality checked and tested, and all that relevant documentation is completed before it leaves the site.

You will also be responsible for raising any queries which may be detected, and where recurring themes arise, they are escalated to the quality assurance team for focused improvement activity.

What we are looking for:
Someone who possesses the following skills:

  • GD&T knowledge, reading Engineering Drawings (familiarity with drawing standards).
  • Proficient in using quality control tools and software for data analysis.
  • Experience of using Polyworks and PC-DMIS software on AACMM and driven CMM is desirable.
  • Composites experience is a nice to have.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and sub-contractors as required.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to change.
  • Must be highly organised, able to prioritise, multi-task and be self-motivated.
  • Must have good attention to detail and a proven ability to work swiftly and accurately to a schedule with a systematic approach.
  • Must be a team player and have a desire to learn new skills and develop new processes.
  • Proven experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

Your working hours: 37 hours per week

Monday – Thursday 7.30am – 4pm

Friday 7.30am – 12.30pm

Variations to these hours and overtime available, dependent on production needs.
