Night Shift Factory Manager - Williams RacingDrive Formula 1 innovation after dark! Williams Racing seeks a dynamic Night Shift Factory Manager to lead our world-class team in pushing the boundaries of motorsport engineering.
The Role:Oversee critical night operations across our Composite, Machine-shop, Logistics, ADM, and Inspection departments. You'll be the crucial link between day and night shifts, ensuring seamless 24-hour production and driving us towards victory on the track.
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate multi-department operations to meet tight deadlines.
- Champion safety standards and drive operational excellence.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and develop a team of skilled professionals.
- Monitor and optimize performance metrics.
- Ensure clear communication between shifts.
- Implement and promote a safe working environment.
- Drive a "Right first time" culture.
- Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
- Manage absenteeism and return-to-work processes.
- Contribute to root cause analysis and problem-solving investigations.
- Generate and analyse KPIs using BI tools.
Must-Have Requirements:Night Shift Experience
- Proven track record in managing night shift operations.
Experience in leading multiple teams
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse departments.
Great Communication
- Exceptional skills in conveying complex information across shifts.
