Night Shift Factory Manager - Williams RacingDrive Formula 1 innovation after dark! Williams Racing seeks a dynamic Night Shift Factory Manager to lead our world-class team in pushing the boundaries of motorsport engineering.

The Role:Oversee critical night operations across our Composite, Machine-shop, Logistics, ADM, and Inspection departments. You'll be the crucial link between day and night shifts, ensuring seamless 24-hour production and driving us towards victory on the track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate multi-department operations to meet tight deadlines.
  • Champion safety standards and drive operational excellence.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor and develop a team of skilled professionals.
  • Monitor and optimize performance metrics.
  • Ensure clear communication between shifts.
  • Implement and promote a safe working environment.
  • Drive a "Right first time" culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team development.
  • Manage absenteeism and return-to-work processes.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and problem-solving investigations.
  • Generate and analyse KPIs using BI tools.

Must-Have Requirements:Night Shift Experience

  • Proven track record in managing night shift operations.

Experience in leading multiple teams

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate diverse departments.

Great Communication

  • Exceptional skills in conveying complex information across shifts.

Performance Management Experience

  • Proficiency in driving improvements and measuring success.

People Person Relationship Builder

  • Natural ability to inspire, motivate, and foster positive team dynamics.
