Job Overview

This role will specifically assist our expanding company by conducting a thorough audit of our systems and processes, driving the collaboration to consolidate multiple systems, and ensuring seamless integration. This will enable smoother operations and more accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Determine and define project scope and objectives for ERP and operational system implementation.
- Manage one or more projects simultaneously, focusing on data infrastructure, software development, and system integration.
- Predict resources needed to achieve project objectives and manage resources efficiently.
- Prepare budgets based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Ensure work scope is clearly defined and aligns with business needs.
- Evaluate and consider hardware and software needs to ensure seamless deployment and integration.
- Track project costs to meet budgetary constraints.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans (including schedules, budgets, and resource needs).
- Provide regular project updates to company leadership about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field preferred, or a combination of education and experience.
- 5-8 years of IT project management experience, specifically in ERP implementation and operational systems integration.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively and manage complex projects.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, agile methodologies, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in seeing projects through the full life cycle.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Standard office environment.
Compensation
90,000 to 100,000 DOE
