Heritage Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic individual to drive the development of our customer experience and explore new business opportunities within our expanding Heritage Department. This role involves engaging with engine partners, car owners, and VVIPs, while collaborating with internal departments to deliver a first-class experience for our customers. 

 

As the Heritage Business Development Manager, your key responsibilities will be: 

  • Work with technical groups to prepare complete quotes for customer projects.   

  • Work in conjunction with Program Build, Car Assembly and Design team to aid delivery of customer projects.   

  • Continue to build William’s customer database.   

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers.   

  • Work with Heritage Director to establish Heritage Drivers’ Club, on track and social.  

  • Research, evaluate and plan Heritage events.   

  • Continuously seek ways to improve efficiencies, promote new ideas and implement them to enhance. customer satisfaction and Cost cap efficiencies.   

  • Assist the Heritage Director to explore other revenue generating opportunities.   

 

We are looking for a Heritage Business Development Manager with the following skills and experience:  

  • Project Management Experience: Proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion. 

  • Motorsport/Classic Car Industry Experience: Familiarity with the unique aspects and demands of this industry. 

  • HNWI Experience: Ability to work effectively with High-Net-Worth Individuals. 

  • Advanced MS Office Skills: Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Team Player: Comfortable collaborating with both internal teams and external partners. 

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with a courteous, tactful, and professional demeanour 

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

  • Time Management: Effective at prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently, and being able to manage multiple events at once.  

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

  • Creative Thinking: The ability to think outside the box and generate ideas.
