Due to our continual expansion plan Rawles Motorsport Ltd, classic car restorer and the UK’s leading Austin Healey specialist is looking for a highly talented painter with experience in the classic car sector.
This role requires working as part of a close and friendly team to restore cars from rusty wrecks to a highly upgraded, modernised and tailored finished cars to the highest standard.
General duties:
- Paint restoration of classic cars either from supplied new chassis or rebuilt original.
- Estimating paint work.
- Representing the company to a professional level.
- Working with all members of the Rawles Motorsport Ltd team to ensure that the business runs efficiently, safely and that the workshop and customers’ cars are kept clean at all times
- Keeping time sheet records that explain clearly and accurately the work carried out in customers cars.
- Liaising with customers from time to time to discuss potential and work in progress on their cars.
- Further classic car skills would be a bonus but are not mandatory.
Key Skills:
- Accident damage repair working with the panel shop.
Experience Required:
- Prior experience (5 or more years) of classic car painting ideally with the Austin `healey or similar.

Commensurate with experience
