We are seeking a highly experienced Account Manager with specific expertise in Formula E. If you have over 2 years of experience in and around the FE series, including knowledge of its partnerships, teams, connections, processes, locations, seasons, and its expanding nature, we want you on our team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Formula E Account Manager to join our team, focusing on activating one of our global partnerships within motorsport. You will play a pivotal role in planning, ideating, and implementing campaigns and programs for one of our biggest motorsport clients. Reporting to our Global COO and Head of Activation, you will:

CLIENT / ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT

  • Develop an excellent understanding of client strategy and brand objectives
  • Deliver creative sponsorship campaigns aligned to support client strategy and brand objectives
  • Manage partnerships and relationships with key rights holders
  • Support internal and all-agency brainstorms and ideas development
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, monthly budgets, and client reporting
  • Oversee KPI setting and campaign evaluation with the team
  • Run regular project and status meetings with senior clients (and rights holders where relevant)
  • Build strong relationships with client teams and network through the client organisation
  • Identify incremental business opportunities
  • Represent the 1440Sports brand to the highest standards
  • Oversee and renew the annual scope of work
  • Travel globally to represent clients on-site at motorsport events
  • Manage the on-the-ground experience for clients at motorsport events, including travel, accommodation, dining, private events, etc.

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • At least 2+ years of experience in sports marketing & activation specifically in Formula E
  • Experience managing both small intimate and larger corporate events
  • Gravitas and experience dealing with senior executives at enterprise-level organisations
  • Preferred understanding and experience of the full motorsport landscape
  • Ability to deliver agreed levels of activity and meet deadlines
  • Team management skills – ability to delegate and manage a small team
  • Ability to prioritise workload and respond to client requests on time
  • Strong presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to clients
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint; Adobe Pro and Flipbook experience is a major plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of, and passion for, motorsport is a significant advantage
