About the role:
As a Junior Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our engineering department at PWR Europe based in Rugby. Contributing to the design, analysis, and optimization of our cutting-edge cooling systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated team in a fast-paced innovative environment and accelerate your career.

Use advanced 2D & 3D design skills (AutoCAD, Solidworks) for drawings and models.

Apply reverse engineering to develop solutions from customer-supplied data.

Assess components for form, fit, and function with meticulous detail.

Evaluate production processes for quality and efficiency enhancements.

Propose design improvements for product performance and durability.

Develop project plans to prioritize engineering tasks.

Maintain accurate data entry, MRP, and ERP systems.

Create detailed bills of materials (BOMs) for components.

Establish workplace systems in compliance with ISO9001 and AS9100.

Conduct performance testing of components and assemblies.

Address non-conformances with corrective actions.
