Are you a Parts Manager, looking to join a market-leading and fast growing Importer and Dealer of Heavy Plant and Agricultural machinery, which supplies to the Recycling, Forestry and Demolition industries, which offers a long term stable position and the opportunity to oversee and run all aspects of a department, where you will enjoy the freedom to organise, structure and manage a busy Parts Department in a newly created role?

Do you have any knowledge or experience in Plant Machinery or related industry, looking for an autonomous and varied role, where you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of your own department, where you will oversee Stock Storage, Stock Ordering, record keeping of parts and consumables and be assisted by a Service Administrator to liaise with Customer, Suppliers and Field Service Plant fitters?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established, and rapidly growing Heavy Plant Dealer, which supplies a range of Machinery including Shredders, Crushers, Screeners, Conveyors and Chippers, where you will be responsible for the organisation, storage, delivery and ordering of various Heavy Plant equipment Spares and Consumables.

The role:

  • Oversee a busy Heavy Plant Machinery Parts Department, working closely with the service department, technicians and clients
  • Manage Parts for equipment like Shredders, Crushers, Screeners, Conveyors and Chippers
  • Stock Control
  • Stock Ordering
  • Stock Replenishment
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and clients
  • Moving of parts with a Forklift Truck
  • Mon To Fri
  • Supervise a Service Administrator

The person:

  • Experience as a Parts Manager or similar
  • Ideally a background in Plant Equipment or related industry
