Job Description
We are looking for a Junior HR Data Analyst to join our growing Data Team. In this newly created position, you will be a part of our Data Team supporting with data analytics projects to provide meaningful insights to Human Resources and the wider business.
As a Junior HR Data Analyst, you will be supporting internal stakeholders with data management, reporting and analysis. This position offers a chance to gain exposure and experience in a variety of data projects, workstreams and systems whilst supporting the identification of opportunities for process improvement and automation.
The ideal candidate for this Junior HR Data Analyst position will:
- Hold excellent numerical and analytical skills coupled with a passion for problem solving
- Have the ability to abstract, manage, clean and manipulate large datasets
- Have experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and Power BI
- Possess an inquisitive mind and a keen eye for detail
