Additionally, you will manage breakdowns and implement improvements to enhance plant performance while adhering to high safety and quality standards.The ideal FMCG Maintenance Engineer is a skilled professional with hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. They are adept at troubleshooting, performing repairs, and ensuring plant efficiency while adhering to strict safety and quality standardsThe Role:
- Perform scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and repair faults and breakdowns in process equipment and packaging machinery.
- 8-hour shifts, working 5 days over 7, with a Saturday every 1 in 4. Shifts rotate weekly between 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM, and 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM.
