We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Director of Car Programme Management to lead our cross-functional team in delivering championship-winning cars. Your Mission:
- Develop and implement: Create a comprehensive methodology and toolset to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-budget car programme delivery.
- Aggregate and consolidate: Gather technical, operational, and financial data to build an integrated master plan that drives the organization's success.
- Oversee execution: Monitor progress, identify variances, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Empower leadership: Provide critical data and insights to facilitate informed decision-making at the highest levels.
- Lead and inspire: Guide a cross-functional team through the full car development lifecycle, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Your Expertise:
- Proven track record: 8+ years of experience in planning, programme management, or strategy within motorsport or advanced engineering environments.
- Leadership prowess: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving results through influence and collaboration.
- Strategic mindset: A passion for data-driven decision-making and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights.
- F1 knowledge (preferred): Understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within the Formula 1 landscape.
