Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Shift: Days Shift 5 Days a week
Location: Crawley
A new position for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer at a leading manufacturing business has just become available at their impressive facility in Crawley. I am looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, ideally with an electrical bias but would also still consider a mechanically biased engineer that has strong electrical skills. The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer needs to hold an engineering qualification, and ideally come from a Manufacturing or Processing background. The Maintenance Engineer will benefit from technical and career progression as the company grows and will have the chance to grow their skill set. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will be working on breakdowns and planned maintenance which can vary week to week. The successful Maintenance Engineer will also need to have strong problem-solving skills and be pro-active and hands on in their approach.
Skills required for the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:
- Have an engineering qualification.
- Multi skilled with ideally an electrical bias
- Or multi skilled mechanical bias with strong electrical skills
- Industrial or process background
- Experience carrying out planned maintenance and attending breakdowns.
- Continuous improvements
- Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
