Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG turns two teams into a factory team – and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is at Sauber in Hinwil (Switzerland).
Your mission
- Responsibility for personnel administration from on-boarding to departure
- Administrative support for our HR team in all HR-related issues (employment contracts, references, preparation of documents, etc.)
- Responsibility for the correct entry of master data in SAP and our HR system Personio
- Preparation of the monthly payroll run for our approximately 700 employees together in the HR service team, according to area
- Communication with external partners, including authorities and offices
- Active involvement in HR digitalisation projects: further development of the time management system, introduction of new modules in Personio
- Active involvement in the design of HR service processes
- Coordination with colleagues in Neuburg (Germany)
Your profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
- Further training in the field of personnel, as an HR clerk or similar
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independent, detail-orientated and reliable way of working
- Ideally good SAP HCM knowledge
- High IT affinity for digitalisation projects
- Full professional proficiency in German and English is a must, any further language an asset
