The global racing enterprise boasts over 250 race wins, four INDYCAR Series championships, five INDY NXT titles, one Indy Pro 2000 and one USF2000 championship, and has captured victory five times at the famed Indianapolis 500-Mile Race. The team is now looking to expand into the pinnacle of motorsport through our Andretti Cadillac Team.

Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Regulations Manager to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Financial Regulations and ensuring compliance with the Formula One® Financial Regulations. You will work closely with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams to develop processes and procedures that align with the regulations and optimize financial performance. This position requires deep knowledge of Financial Regulations, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the motorsport industry and the specific Financial Regulations governing the sport. Principal Accountabilities:

  • Monitor and interpret the latest Formula One® Financial Regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with Financial Regulations through the development and implementation of robust processes and controls.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and decisions with the regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team and other stakeholders on financial regulatory matters.
  • Proactively identify and assess potential risks related to financial compliance and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports and analysis on financial compliance to the Finance Director and other key stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with changes and updates in Financial Regulations and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage special projects related to financial compliance
  • Develop and deliver financial regulations training and updates across the business
  • Maintain documentation related to financial regulations and ensure its accuracy and accessibility.

Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of the Formula One® Financial Regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office Suite.
