Sales Executive Automotive

Aim Technologies are looking for a highly motivated and organised person to join our successful sales team. The role will require Customer Service experience, particularly over the phone and online. The successful candidate will have an understanding of motor electronics; however, you will receive in depth training on all our products with the opportunity to progress into other areas of our business.

Responsibilities Will Include

The day to day management of online product sales.

  • Answer the phone regarding sales and product information
  • Answer customer queries about products (phone/email/social media)
  • Help to maximise sales traffic and brand awareness online.
  • Contributing to ongoing developments and improvements and introducing new concepts to drive online traffic and sales.
  • Liaising with the team regarding online and telephone-based sales.
  • Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.

Technical Skills

  • Experience working with SAGE
  • Some telephone experience within a sales or customer service environment
  • Good use of written English and grammar
  • Strong phone presence and experience in managing inbound and outbound calls
  • A technical understanding of auto electronics is essential to this role.
